Things That Make Me Go Hmmmm
As I believe both Thursday and Sunday night TV shows deserve to be watched in real-time, unfortunately I get stuck watching a lot of stupid commercials. After watching way too many of these last night during Desperate Housewives (yes, I watch it, don't judge me), I had a few thoughts.Does Paige Davis have nothing better to do than hang out in RC Willey 24/7? Seriously, she must have no life aside from making these commercials. At first I thought it was cute that she teamed up with RC Willey (after getting fired as the host of Trading Spaces), but after viewing at least a million of these dreaded commercials, I've come to the conclusion that she takes up residence inside one of these stores. I'm sad for her. How far she's fallen. So, I'm innocently crocheting and watching a ladies' happy face on a commercial, when slowly her head turns around to expose a freaking concert playing in the backside of her OPEN head. WTF!?! No one wants to see someone with an exposed head regardless of how kitchsy and cute the idea may have been. Do I think the concert overall is interesting? Yes. Am I generally fascinated by the little stage in her head? Of course. But it doesn't take away from the back of her skull being completely open. XBox 360, you should be ashamed of yourself. This morning on the radio they said that since July Spam sales have gone through the roof. They even went so far as to say they've had to have a few extra shifts work seven days a week to keep up with the high demand. Um, what? Can someone please explain this to me. Who is eating this Spam? No one I know eats it. As far as I knew, it was just something to make fun of, not actually consume. Where are these closet spam eaters?
Ahhh...you must listen to 101.9 The End.
ReplyDeleteI used Spam once in awhile on salads. It's not too bad.
I just found out that my nephew Alec loves Spam. A friend of his family eats it all the time and Alec says that their mom really knows how to fix it. YUCK.
