So, the other day when I was driving to work, I heard that the #1 box office draw is...Will Smith. What?!?! I'm sorry. I do not understand where they're getting their information. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air? The same guy who sang "Parents Just Don't Understand?" I don't think so. Granted, his movies are usually entertaining, but come on. Over Brad Pitt? Over Johnny Depp? Over Ricky Schroder? OK, so that last one was just my personal bias, shush. I don't get it.
Likewise, how could they bench my favorite new show, The Ex List? Don't they recognize a good show when they see it? Who is making these decisions? I think I need to take a meeting.
What else confuses me these days? How about the Twilight movie craze? I realize I've discussed this before, but that was the book. Now that the movie is coming out, people seem to be losing what's left of their minds. Theaters are SOLD OUT and it doesn't even open until November 21st. What on earth? The lead actor is already over-exposed. If I see one more picture of him, I'll poke out my eyes. Can the movie even live up to the hype? Seems destined to fail.

Twilight didn't excite me with the books and I doubt the movie will do the same for me.

Aside from teasing you about Twilight and Ricky Schroder, you really should try and see the movie, if only to see the former star of "The Ex-List" as Mama vampire... :)
