The Grass is Always Pinker on the Other Side
I think I've posted it before, but I've got a picture on my fridge of a girl saying, "Why do I have to get married? I haven't done anything wrong." Sometimes I wonder why I'm in such a feverish rush to get married - especially considering that once you get married, you're married forever (well, hopefully, at least). It seems like the grass is always pinker on the other side: married people want the freedom that they perceive to be prevalent in a single person's life and single people want the love and stability they think marriages are all about. I wish there was a way to be completely satisfied wherever you were sitting on the grass (did that make sense?). Perhaps it just needs to be an individual decision to be happy no matter what you're doing, who you're with, or what you feel you might be missing. Attitude is everything, right?
