I've been back to work for an hour and already I need to go back to bed. Yikes - people are demanding sometimes. Two days in bed have apparently made me impervious to stupidity. Oh wait, that's not new. So far every little thing is bothering me. This is not a good start to the day. You know they say Tuesdays are the most productive day of the week, which might be true if Tuesday wasn't my Monday this week. Plus, I'm having second thoughts about driving 24 hours (round-trip) to attend a two-hour celebration this weekend, especially after being off yesterday. They changed the party to Saturday, which is good because I don't have to rush to get there Friday night, but it's bad because if I drive on Saturday, I'd have to turn around and drive back on Sunday. This doesn't sound fun to me. Who knows what'll happen. They're having a bigger celebration next year, an actual wedding reception....perhaps I should just go to that?

Can't I Just Go Back to Bed?
