Last night I watched a movie called
Miss Conception. I was really excited to watch this movie (as it's been a LONG WAIT on my Netflix queue forever, which usually means it has potential) since it's about a girl in her mid-thirties who finds out she only has one egg left and has one last shot to get preggers. Obviously, due to her,
ahem, heightened age, she's already baby-obsessed (hmmmmm, I can probably relate a *smidge*), so this just put her over the top. It starred Heather Graham, who's always adorable, and is set in London, which I
always love because of their accents (unfortunately, Heather Graham kept forgetting to use her British accent. It was sporatic at best). The movie was OK, but not the greatest thing I've ever seen. I'm not really sure it was worth the wait, but it was cute and entertaining enough. I know, probably not the glowing recommendation you'd expect after all that build up, but it was cutesy and had a happy ending (oops, did I give it away???).
