The Freaks Come Out to Play

Yesterday was an interesting walk, to say the least. If nothing else, Liberty Park is certainly full of blog fodder. First, I was walking behind a man who, seriously, had a shrunken head. In fact, I'm not sure if he was even a real, live man, because he appeared to be a walking skeleton. I was so fascinated by him - I've never wanted a camera so much in my life. I snapped this picture when he wasn't looking (OK, not really, but it's close!). Then, I saw the boogie man again sitting in his stupid truck with the hood popped open - AND he was licking a lollipop. See, I told you he had candy in there. Finally, my poor eyes were accosted by a man of African descent who was wearing no shirt, dark brown shorts which were the exact color of his skin, and bright orange suspenders. At quick glance, it basically looked like he was walking around naked, except for the suspenders. I almost had a little heart attack. Oh, Liberty Park, I love you so. Thank you for always making my walks oh-so-intriguing and different every day!

Oh the joys of Liberty Park. I haven't been there for awhile. I guess it's time to do a small adventure there.
