Blast From The Past - Facebook Edition
So, I just got "tagged" in a picture by someone I grew up with (who I haven't seen since our Freshman year of high school). How freaking cool!! I've never even seen this picture before. For those of you who aren't hip or cool to the Facebook lingo, tagging someone is when you post a picture and basically attach a name to the faces in the picture. Then it lists it on your profile as being tagged. Does that make sense? I don't think I'm doing a good job of explaining it, but whatever. You'll live.
Too bad the picture makes it look like I grew up somewhere other than California. I halfway expect a tangleweed to be blowing around in the background. My goodness, how old is that picture? Had photography just been discovered? Doesn't it look like someone's grandmother's photo (the quality of the picture, that is)? Nice boy haircut I had.
You said nothing about you outfit. That is a swank one child of the 70-80's. So tubular.
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love finding old photos like that? The one on my Myspace page at the moment was taken back in the mid 90's at a 5th ward Halloween dance. What fun! I found a REALLY old one of my a while back where I was in these "radical" white bell bottom pants skating(yup..skating...not roller blading hahaha) down the street with a broom in my hand. Why the broom? I always had to sweep all the rocks off of the sidewalk so I wouldn't do a face plant while trying to be cool. hahaha Ahhhh...the good ol' days. hahaha :) BTW...glad you found me on facebook! :)
